You have the possibility to use your own domain „yourdomain.com“ for your ALLYOU website.
ALLYOU does not provide domain registration or email hosting. Therefore, you need a third-party provider where you can host your emails and are able to manage your domain and DNS entries.
- Choose a registrar and purchase a domain name.
- Edit the DNS settings.
1. Create an A-Record to point your domain to our IP
Log in to your domain registrar's site, and locate the Zone File Settings or DNS Manager. Create an A-Record for "@" which will point your domain to our IP Address (176.34.188.124).
Type: A
Name: @
Points to: 176.34.188.124
2. Create a second A-Record for „www“
Type: A
Name: www
Points to: 176.34.188.124
3. Make sure to enter your domain in the ALLYOU User settings ⇾ Website settings as well. Insert your domain without the „www.“ suffix into the input field. It usually takes a few hours for the changes to take effect.
If you experience any problems with the DNS settings try to contact your registrar. Following, you will find an example letter to copy and forward via e-mail:
