Hello Michael,
thank you for contacting us. Can you tell us what exact problem you have with your payment? We usually prefer payment via Paypal or Credit Card also offered through Paypal as this is connected to our system and will activate your account automatically. Alternatively you can pay via bank transfer but you will have to send us a confimation of your payment and we will manually activate your account. (Please note that we only accept yearly payments if you prefer bank transfer and you will have to send us a confirmation of payment again for the next year as well).
